This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Amorandi processes, why, and what rights you have. It applies to couples who use Amorandi, to their guests, and to visitors of amorandi.com.

1. Controller

The controller of your personal data is SIA "Eventium" (Amorandi), registration no. 40203427075, Zemgalu iela 8, Rīga, Latvia. For any privacy question write to [email protected].

2. What we process and why

We count visits to published invitations without cookies: we store only a one-way daily code calculated from the visitor's IP address and browser, never the IP address itself. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not sell personal data.

3. If you are a guest

A couple added your details to their guest list so that we can send you their invitation. We use your data only to deliver that invitation, show it to you and pass your reply to the couple. Please share only the information you want the couple to have. You can ask the couple or us to correct or delete your details.

4. Who receives data

The couple who invited you sees guest details and replies for their own celebration.
Stripe (payment processing) receives payment and billing details when you pay.
Cloudflare (content delivery and security) handles requests to amorandi.com.
Hetzner Online (hosting, Germany) stores the service and its database.
Google provides Google sign-in and Meta provides Facebook sign-in, only if you choose them. Fonts and images on our pages are served from our own servers.
Our email delivery provider sends invitations, reminders and notifications on our behalf.
Authorities, where we are legally required to share data.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In those cases transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Account data and designs, including guest lists and replies, for as long as your account exists or until you ask us to delete them.
Order and payment records for as long as Latvian accounting law requires.
Contact form messages for up to two years after we last reply, unless they lead to an order.
Daily visit codes and security logs for a short period needed for statistics and security.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, Elijas iela 17, Rīga, LV-1050, www.dvi.gov.lv) or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.

7. Security

Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored as secure hashes, and access to designs is limited to their owners. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

8. Children

Amorandi is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data except where a couple adds a child as a guest.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
