Creating and previewing a design on Amorandi is free. You pay only when you publish, so you can check everything before you spend anything. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

1. Before you pay

Nothing is charged while you create, edit and test your design, build your guest list or send yourself test emails.

2. Immediate publication and the right of withdrawal

Paying publishes your design straight away. Before payment we ask you to confirm that you want immediate publication and that you understand you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once your design is published. Without this confirmation we cannot take payment.

3. When you get a full refund

• You were charged but your design was not published, for example because of a technical problem.
• You were charged more than once for the same design.
• Your published design has a defect caused by us that we cannot fix within a reasonable time after you report it.
• You bought the Individual package and ask to cancel before our team has started the design work.

4. When we cannot refund

Once a design is published and works as described, we do not refund a change of mind. If your plans change, write to us: you can update your date, venue and other details in your design at any time without paying again.

5. How to ask for a refund

1. Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account and tell us which design and order it concerns.
2. We reply within 14 days. If the refund is approved, we return the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe.
3. Your bank may need a few more business days to show the money on your account.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if the service does not conform to the contract.
