These Terms of Service govern your use of Amorandi, the online service at amorandi.com for creating digital wedding invitations, Save the Date pages and wedding websites. Please read them before you create an account or pay for a design.

1. Who we are

Amorandi is operated by SIA "Eventium", a limited liability company registered in the Commercial Register of the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia under registration no. 40203427075, VAT no. LV40203427075, address Zemgalu iela 8, Rīga, Latvia ("Amorandi", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The service

Amorandi lets you choose a design, add the details of your celebration, preview the result, build a guest list, send personal invitations and collect replies (RSVP). Creating and previewing a design is free. You pay only when you publish a design so that your guests can see it.

Before a design is published it is in test mode: only you can open its guest links, replies you send yourself are marked as test replies, and invitations cannot be sent to guests.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to create an account or buy a package.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your account. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, their terms also apply to that sign-in.
• A design you start without an account is linked to your browser and is added to your account when you sign in or register.

4. Packages, prices and payment

• Packages (Basic, Premium and Individual) and their contents are described on our website at the time you buy.
• Prices include VAT. We show prices in the currency and price level that apply to the country you are visiting from; the price and currency shown on the payment page are the ones you pay.
• Each package is a one-time payment for one design. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• We may change prices at any time; changes never affect designs you have already paid for.

5. Publication and delivery

• Amorandi is a digital service. When your payment succeeds, your design is published immediately and your guests can open their personal links.
• Where a package includes design work by our team (for example the Individual package), we agree the scope and timeline with you before the work starts.
• A published design stays online for at least 12 months after the wedding date stated in the design.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because publishing your design is the delivery of digital content, we only publish it after you expressly ask us to start immediately and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the design is published. You give this confirmation with the checkbox shown before payment. Our Refund Policy explains when you can still get your money back.

7. Your content and your guests' data

• Texts, names, dates and other content you add remain yours. You give us the right to store, display and send this content as needed to provide the service to you and your guests.
• Only add content you have the right to use, and only add guests' contact details if you are allowed to share them with us to send your invitation.
• We process guests' data as described in our Privacy Policy and only to deliver your invitations and replies.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Amorandi to publish unlawful, hateful or misleading content, to send messages to people who are not your guests, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may remove content or suspend designs that break these rules.

9. Our designs and software

The templates, designs, illustrations, software and brand of Amorandi belong to us or our licensors. You may use them through the service for your own celebration; you may not copy, resell or reuse them outside Amorandi.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Amorandi available and secure, but short interruptions can happen, for example during maintenance or when third-party services (hosting, payments, email delivery) are unavailable. We may improve and change features over time without reducing what you have paid for.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Otherwise our total liability for a design is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. We cannot guarantee that every guest receives or opens an email, because delivery also depends on their email provider.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Amorandi at any time and ask us to delete your account and designs by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where possible we will tell you why first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will not apply to designs you have already paid for without your agreement.

14. Applicable law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
• Please contact us first if something goes wrong; most problems can be solved quickly.
• Consumers can also turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, www.ptac.gov.lv) and its Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission, or to the competent courts.
